Return and Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

  • Items are eligible for returns within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Exchange Policy:

  • Items can be exchanged within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested item.
  • All items for exchange must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will promptly dispatch your replacement item within 2-3 working days.

Steps for Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@risatribe.com with your order ID to initiate your return or exchange request.
  2. Subject of the email should be: [Return/Exchange]-[Order ID].
  3. Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging or secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.
  4. We will initiate the return/exchange within 24hrs. 

Conditions & Exceptions:

  • Products damaged due to customer negligence or misuse are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
